Exchanges depend on product and size availability.
For size or preference changes, the reverse courier charge is ₹199 or the actual reverse courier cost, whichever is higher. Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable. Any applicable price difference or courier charge is payable before the replacement is dispatched.

Are these body or garment measurements?
These are garment measurements. Compare them with a similar item that fits you well, rather than matching them directly to your body measurements.
Where are the S and M measurements?
Our current shared chart covers L to 12XL. S and M are available in selected styles; check the individual product page or ask our team for the correct measurements before ordering.
Can I choose different sizes in a co-ord?
Ask the agent helping you, or email business@biggerbetter.in, with your preferred top and bottom sizes before ordering. Our team can confirm the options available for that set.
Does every product fit the same?
Fit can vary by style and fabric. Use this shared chart as a starting point and always check the product’s fit notes, especially for oversized styles or products with specific sizing advice.
Can I exchange a discounted item?
Yes. Discounted and sale items are eligible when they meet the return policy’s requirements. Courier charges and other applicable adjustments still apply.
