REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To start a request, email business@biggerbetter.in with your order number, the item concerned, the reason for the request and any relevant photographs.

Do not send an item to our registered office or any other address without approval. Items returned without an approved request or outside the provided instructions may not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
• Be free from stains, odour, perfume, damage or alteration.
• Have all original tags intact and attached.
• Be returned with its original packaging and accessories, where supplied.
• Include the order number or other proof of purchase.
• Pass our inspection after being received.

Trying a garment only to assess fit is acceptable, provided the product remains in its original condition.

DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS

Discounted, promotional and sale items are eligible for return or exchange if they satisfy all eligibility requirements in this policy.

Any approved refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the returned product after discounts.

Where a discount depended on a minimum order value, bundle or combination of products, the refund may be recalculated to reflect the remaining eligible order value and offer terms.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for a preference-based return or exchange:

• Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Products with missing, removed or detached tags.
• Products carrying stains, odour, perfume, makeup or other signs of use.
• Personalised, customised or specially altered products, unless they are damaged, defective or materially different from what was approved.
• Products returned without approval or outside the approved return instructions.

These restrictions do not remove your rights concerning a product confirmed to be incorrect, damaged, defective or materially different from its description.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Inspect the parcel and products promptly after delivery.

If the outer parcel is visibly open, materially damaged or appears tampered with, you may refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If an item is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, email business@biggerbetter.in as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and product.
• An unboxing video, if available.

The absence of an unboxing video will not automatically invalidate a genuine complaint. Available evidence helps us investigate the matter with the courier and determine an appropriate resolution.

If we confirm that the product supplied by us was incorrect, damaged or defective, the customer will not be charged the reverse courier fee for the affected item.

REVERSE COURIER CHARGES

For an approved preference-based return or exchange, including a size, colour or style preference, the applicable reverse courier charge is ₹199 or the actual reverse courier cost, whichever is higher.

The charge may be:

• Deducted from the approved refund.
• Collected before an exchange is dispatched.
• Adjusted against any other amount payable or refundable.

Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable after dispatch.

No reverse courier charge will be imposed where we confirm that the return is required because we supplied an incorrect, damaged or defective product.

RETURN COLLECTION

Where reverse pickup is available, we may arrange collection through a courier partner.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for the customer’s pincode, the customer may be asked to send the product to an approved return-processing address using a trackable courier.

The approved return address will be provided by email. The registered office is not a return-processing address.

Keep the return receipt and tracking details until the return has been completed.

INSPECTION

All returned products are inspected after receipt.

A return may be rejected if the item does not satisfy this policy, including where it has been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or returned without its original tags.

If a return is rejected after inspection, we will explain the reason. Reshipping the rejected product may require payment of the applicable courier charge.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another product, store credit or a refund according to this policy.

Any price difference and applicable courier charge must be paid before the replacement is dispatched. If the replacement costs less, the eligible difference may be refunded after applicable adjustments.

REFUNDS

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 10 business days after inspection.

Prepaid-order refunds are generally processed to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we may request bank or UPI details to process the refund.

Payment providers and banks may take additional time to credit the amount after we initiate it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that a refund was initiated, email business@biggerbetter.in.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To request cancellation, email business@biggerbetter.in with your order number as soon as possible.

We will attempt to cancel an order that has not entered production, preparation or dispatch. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

If the order has already been dispatched, the return conditions and applicable courier charges in this policy will apply.

If Bigger&Better™ cancels a prepaid order, the amount collected for the cancelled items will be refunded without a cancellation charge.
